pizza dough without yeast |
Servings: 4
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 to 25 minutes
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup (450 grams) flour
3 teaspoons (13 grams) baking powder
1 teaspoon (6 grams) salt
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) organic olive oil
3/4 one cup (180 to 240 milliliters) water
Steps
1 Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in the medium mixing bowl.
2 Add the warm water plus the oil.
3 Stir all ingredients together till the mixture forms a ball. (Add more water in the event the dough becomes too stiff.)
4 Turn out your dough onto a floured cutting board and knead the ball of dough gently for a couple minutes. The dough must be soft, although not sticky. Sprinkle a bit flour for the dough when it is too sticky to knead.
5 Spread the dough onto a pizza pan or perhaps a flat baking sheet. Smooth out of the dough it to be uniformly even.
6 Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15 to 25 minutes.
7 Remove pizza from oven and add desired toppings.
Tips
- If you don’t have baking powder, you may substitute baking soda—use half the exact amount and omit the salt.
- Serve the pizza hot then when hunger reaches its peak, will probably be more delicious.
- Try adding a pinch of Italian seasonings for additional flavor. You could buy it within a mix with a supermarket, or you will make it yourself by incorporating dried basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and just a little red pepper.
- Add some mixed herbs to your dough before baking.
- Adding extra toppings like cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
- Stuff crust with cheese for any extra spin on your own pizza.
- Cook pizza for a few minutes and then add toppings.
- Try spreading organic olive oil or melted butter about the dough and sprinkling it with garlic salt prior to bake it.
- You can bake the dough for ten mins, then remove from your oven and add cheese and sauce. Return the dough towards the oven to bake for one more 5 minutes or prior to the cheese melts.
- Bake the pizza longer should you prefer the crust to get a crunchy texture.
- Knead for any bit longer.
