Pizza thin crust recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

wheat flour [300 g]
yeast [4 grams] (fresh)
Mineral water [3 cups] (summer)
sugar [1 tablespoon] (heaped)
salt [1 teaspoon]

The top of the pizza:

mozzarella cheese [30 grams]
spanish ham [35g] (small package)
black olives [100 g] (sliced)
artichokes [150 g] (in brine / half a jar)
olive oil [3 tablespoons]
tomato sauce

How to prepare pizza?

In a large bowl, pour the yeast a little lukewarm water, approx. ¼ cup. Add sugar and sprinkle with one tablespoon of flour. Weigh carefully the flour and the yeast "earn" add the flour, remaining water, salt and olive oil.

All together mięsimy, approx. 5 minutes until the dough starts to stand out from the base. If it is a little too rare and still sticky, then you gently sprinkle a handful of flour. Cover with a linen cloth and leave the dough to rise in a bowl in a warm place.

The dough rises approx. 30 minutes.

Sheet a little grease with oil. Remove the dough from the bowl and your hands to stretch the dough on the whole sheet. Brush the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, spread the "kidnapped" on straps Spanish ham or prosciutto. Drain and spread the grilled artichokes. Sprinkle with sliced olives.

Pizza put in the preheated to 230 deg. C oven. Bake for 15 minutes.

Warning! If you want two pizza, you have to double the ingredients in the same proportions.
