Pizza recipe for kids

Components:

Pizza dough:

230 g flour;
50 g butter;
7-8 tablespoons milk;
1 can of tomatoes pelati;
1 tablespoon tomato paste;
1 pinch of oregano;
sugar, salt and pepper to taste;

Pizza toppings:

3 slices of ham;
4 black olives;
1 mushroom;
50 g Emmental cheese;
a few basil leaves;
olive oil.

Warning! Said additives, of course, are examples. The pizza you can put anything you like and in such proportions as to what you want. They can be capers, tomato slices, sausage, onion, mozzarella, tuna and so on and so forth.

How to prepare pizza?

1. Sift the flour through a fine sieve on top. Mix with a pinch of salt and sugar.

2. Cut the butter into pieces and add to flour.

3. Mix with a fork the butter with the flour and milk. Knead the dough into a homogeneous mass and form a ball.

4. On the hot pan pelati pass the tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Season with oregano sauce and sugar.

5. Season with salt and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. (If you like, add a chopped clove of garlic).

6. Simmer sauce until it thickens - approx. 10 min.

7. Sprinkle flour pastry board and flatten the dough by hand. Form a round, flat countertop pizza.

8. Brush the top of the tomato sauce. Leave a 1/2 cm of dry cake from the shore.

9. Cut the ham into strips and olives and mushroom slices. Wipe off the cheese.

10. Spread on dough ham, olives and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Season with salt and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

11. Sprinkle the top of the torn basil leaves.

12. Vile whole with olive oil.

13. Sprinkle flour tray from the oven, put the pizza and bake at 200 degrees C 10-15 min.

14. Pizza is ready when its underside become golden brown color.

15. After removing from the oven water your still a little olive oil or truffle.
