Components:

Pizza dough:

250 g flour;
1 bag of dry yeast and a teaspoon of fresh subscription;
1 tablespoon salt;
1 tablespoon sugar;
15 g of olive oil;
30 ml of water;

The top of the pizza:

100g lean smoked bacon;
100g of ham;
200 g spinach leaves;
50 g thinly sliced salami;
100 g mozzarella cheese,
1 egg;
1 red bell pepper;
1 tablespoon chopped basil;
a pinch of nutmeg;
salt pepper.

How to prepare a pizza with bacon?

Sift the flour into a bowl. Stir in yeast and salt. Add the olive oil. Mix thoroughly with flour. Add water.

Knead the dough. Cover them with a cloth, leave for an hour in a warm place to rise. Squeeze hands, roll out thinly on a floured pastry board lightly.

Put a round cake pan in the pizza with a diameter of 30 cm.

Heat a little butter in a pan, fry the chopped bacon into thin slices. Add the washed and drained spinach leaves, sauté until tender.

Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cool.

Tomatoes, peel, cut into slices. Egg boil the eggs, peel, cut into slices. Wash peppers, remove seeds and cut into rings. At the top of the cake evenly put spinach, sliced ​​tomatoes, salami, ham and sliced ​​eggs. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
