Pizza calzones

Small calzone with salami recipe

Components:

The dough for calzone:

500 g flour;
30g yeast;
approx. 300 ml of lukewarm water;
1 teaspoon salt;
oil to grease the mold.

Filling for calzones:

300 gr ricotta cheese;
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese;
150 g grated mozzarella;
150 g salami, cut into strips;
eggs, salt, pepper.

How to prepare a calzone?

Sieve the flour into a bowl, make a recess at the center and crumble the yeast. Submerge them in a little water and gently stir not showering them with flour. The top yeast sprinkle with flour, cover the bowl clean cloth and let stand until yeast does not start until an impressive example "work" (about 20 minutes).

Then add the remaining water and salt. Knead the dough. Divide it into 4 parts and leave covered for 1 hour and 30 minutes to rise. Then they roll it out thinly on round cakes.

Shred ricotta cheese and mix with parmesan, mozzarella, cut into strips of salami and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper. Ingredients for the pancakes lay off leaving around the free edge with a width of 2 cm.

Pancakes fold in half, cluster edges. Explain to them on a greased baking tray with oil. Bake in oven heated to 220 degrees C. for about 30 minutes.
