Spanish pizza recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

400g flour;
30g yeast;
4 tablespoons olive oil;
2/3 cup milk diluted with water in equal proportions;
1/2 teaspoon salt;
a pinch of pepper;
basil, oregano, thyme.

The top of the pizza:

100 g mozzarella;
tomato sauce;
50 g fillets anchovies;
2 tablespoons peanut oil;
2 tablespoons raisins;
3 large onions;
ground chilli.
