Ingredients for 4 servings:

Pizza dough:

12 mushrooms;
10 dag grated emmental cheese;
2-3 tomatoes;
a dozen green olives;
10 dag ranks;
lemon;
tomato puree;
oregano, basil;
egg (possibly).

How to prepare a pizza with mushrooms?

Crumble the yeast, pour 150 ml of lukewarm water and leave to swollen (approx. 5 minutes). Pour the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the middle, pour the yeast, add a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and sugar. All the ingredients knead for 10 minutes on a smooth, elastic dough, adding -if you have -flour.

With the dough into a ball, cover it with a cloth and let stand for 2 hours in a warm place.

Now warm up the oven to 260 ° C. Prepare the filling: Wash the mushrooms, cut into strips and sprinkle generously with lemon juice. Cheese cut into slices, diced ham and tomato slices.
