Bolognese pizza recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

approx. 3 cups flour .;
1 teaspoon salt;
1 cup lukewarm water .;
3 dag yeast;
1 teaspoon sugar.

The top of the pizza:

20 dkg of minced meat;
20 dkg of mushrooms;
1 large onion;
2 cloves of garlic;
1 can of tomatoes in the can;
salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, basil, sweet red peppers;
half a can of corn;
30 grams of Emmental cheese type.

How to prepare pizza Bolognese?

Dough: Crumble yeast into a cup, add sugar and stir with a spoon to dissolve the yeast. In a large bowl add flour, add salt, water and yeast dissolved, to form a smooth dough by hand. If the dough is too rare, you should sprinkle a little flour (not too much, so that the dough was not hard). Allow the dough to approx. 30 min. to a little grown. Sheet (the largest, with oven) smear grease.

Stuffing for pizza: Onions and garlic cut into cubes, fry in oil, add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and fry briefly. Transfer to a bowl. In the same pan fry the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce (canned tomatoes mix blender to a smooth sauce, add basil, thyme, oregano and sweet pepper, stir) and cook until the water evaporates and the sauce thickens. Add the mushrooms with onion and garlic and mix.

Roll out the dough on a pastry board into a rectangle the size of the plate to translate into the pan. For the dough put the stuffing, sprinkle with corn and grated cheese on a coarse mesh. Bake approx. 20 min. in temp. 200 degrees C.
