Blue cheese pizza recipe

Caloric and not recommended during the diet. It has a lot of cheese and spicy flavor. It fits perfectly to the white dry wine. Pizza just in time for "womanish" evening.

Components:

Pizza dough:

10 heaped tablespoons of buckwheat flour;
7 tablespoons plain yogurt;
42 grams of yeast (one small oppakowanie);
1/2 teaspoon sea salt;
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed;

The top of the pizza:

6 slices of cheese with blue mold;
2 big spoons of grated white cheddar cheese;
2 big spoons of grated mozzarella cheese.

How to prepare pizza?

1. In a bowl put yeast, add the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes until the surface of the bubbles begin to appear.

2. Pour yogurt sifted flour and buckwheat salt thereof.

3. Thoroughly knead the dough and let it stand for about an hour.

4. Preheat oven to. 200 degrees and put baking tray with baking paper.

5. Baking paper lightly sprinkle with flour, buckwheat, put on the cake and
roll out on baking paper.

6. The dough put in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until dough is golden.

7. After baking, the dough sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven for about 7-8 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.

8. Season the pizza freshly ground black pepper.
