Large pepperoni pizza

Pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and spicy salami

Components:

Pizza dough:

1 cup buckwheat flour;
1 cup almond flour;
2 spoons of baking powder;
2 heaped tablespoons of ground flaxseed siemiania;
1/2 teaspoon sea salt;
2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin;
3 / 4-1 full glass of lukewarm water.

(Amount of water depends on the level of grinding the flaxseed, the finer the more water)

Pizza sauce:

1/2 cup fresh cream 30%;
1 tablespoon butter;
2 cloves of garlic;
1/2 small white onion;
nutmeg;
sea salt and pepper.

The top of the pizza:

approx. 25 slices of pepperoni;
6 mushrooms;
5-6 slices of good quality spicy salami;
5 cherry tomatoes;
1 teaspoon capers;
a few leaves of basil;
5 small balls of mozzarella.

How to prepare pizza?

Pizza sauce:

1. In a skillet heat the butter. Add the chopped garlic and a moment chopped finely diced onion. Cook until onion is glassy. This takes about 2-3 minutes.

2. Pour the cream to fried onions, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Boil the cream will be ready when it starts to bubble.

3. Remove from heat.

Pizza:

1. Sift the flour buckwheat, add almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Pour in the olive oil and hot water gradually, starting from the middle of a glass of water. Knead. The dough should be soft and compact so that it can be formed in the shape of a sphere.

2. Let stand for an hour to grown.

3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
