Villages pizza recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

20 g yeast;
0.25 l milk;
1 teaspoon of honey;
pinch of salt;
375 g wholemeal flour.

The top of the pizza:

2 cans canned tomatoes (in 850 ml);
250 g of onions, 6 tablespoons oil;
1 tablespoon ketchup;
2 bay leaves;
1 clove garlic, diced;
1/2 teaspoon oregano little cayenne pepper;
1 teaspoon salt;
300 g not matured Gouda cheese;
black olives;
1 teaspoon green pepper.

How to prepare pizzas village?

Yeast crush, mix it with warm milk, salt and honey and a tablespoon of flour. When I grow up solution add flour and knead the dough.
