Pizza with minced meat and tomatoes

Components:

Pizza dough:

1 and 3/4 cup flour;
1/2 cup warm water;
2 dkg of yeast;
1/2 teaspoon salt;
1/2 teaspoon sugar;
2 tablespoons oil.

The top of the pizza:

30 grams of ground beef;
1 can of tomatoes;
25 grams of cheese;
1 large red pepper;
onion;
several oil;
basil, oregano;
salt pepper;
cayenne pepper powder;
oil.

How to prepare pizza?

The dough for pizza:

1. Yeast, sugar, half water and 1-2 tablespoons of flour make a solution, leave to rise. Sieve the rest of the flour, add salt, oil, remaining water and yeast grown.

2. Production of the dough until it starts to move away from hands and will be fluffy - about 15 minutes (this cake does not require a longer growing up). Smear grease a large baking tray and sprinkle with flour.

The top of the pizza:

1 Onion cut into cubes and fry in oil, seasoning with salt and pepper and fry briefly covered until the water has evaporated. Transfer to a plate.

2. In a pan fry the minced meat, seasoning with salt, pepper and cayenne.

3. Cheese wipe on a grater with large mesh.

4. Canned tomatoes blend. Add salt, herbs, lightly drained of excess liquid on the wire.

5. Thinly sheeted dough (do thicker edge) smear tomato sauce, spread minced meat, cover with grated cheese, sprinkle with pepper diced.

6. Bake for about 30 minutes at high temperature (approx. 230 degrees).
