White sauce pizza recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

5 tablespoons of rye flour;
5 tablespoons of wheat flour;
1 tablespoon olive oil;
25g yeast;
1/2 teaspoon sugar;
1/2 teaspoon salt;
just under a glass of warm water;
2 tablespoons of any bran.

Pizza sauce:

50 ml of 18% cream;
nutmeg;
freshly ground pepper;
salt.

The top of the pizza:

1/2 cans of corn;
small broccoli;
4 sun-dried tomatoes;
5 dkg of spinach leaves;
clove of garlic;
5 dkg mozzarella;
salt;
pepper.

How to prepare pizza?

Pizza dough: Yeast dissolve in a small amount of hot water, add sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the remaining dry ingredients and oil, the water is added slowly with stirring. The dough should be combined into one fairly hard ball. We leave to rise for about 20 minutes.

Stretch the dough on prostąkąt with a slightly thicker edges. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

The cream and season to taste with freshly grated nutmeg, freshly ground pepper and salt. Sauce smear cake.

Pizza occupancy corn, cooked broccoli florets, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and sliced garlic. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15-20 minutes at 230 degrees C.
