Tomato and basil pizza recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

40 grams of wheat flour type 650;
teaspoon salt;
7 g dried yeast or leaven of 3 dag fresh yeast;
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil;
1/2 cup of good hot water;
1/2 cup milk.

The top of the pizza:

10 grams of mozzarella roll;
fresh basil;
2 ripe tomatoes;
a teaspoon of olive oil;
tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese;
salt;
freshly ground pepper.

How to prepare pizza?

Sieve the flour into a bowl. Add salt, yeast, olive oil.

Mix the water with milk. Liquid topped up gradually to the dry ingredients, mixing them and pre-earning.

Pass the cake on board, knead for 7-10 more minutes, until smooth. Divide it into 4 pieces, sprinkle with flour, cover with a cloth and allow to sit for an hour in a warm place.

When dough is sheeted to a thickness of 5-7 mm.

1/4 stretch the dough into a rectangle with slightly thicker edges. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Mozzarella and tomatoes cut into thick slices, place them on the dough. Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

Bake approx. 10 miniute in a preheated oven at 240 degrees C.
