Pizza with prosciutto and pepper recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

13 tablespoons of natural yogurt *;
1 small pack of yeast (42 grams) *;
* Products should be room temp.
1/2 teaspoon sea salt;
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter;
15 heaped tablespoons of buckwheat flour;
7 tablespoons almond flour;

Pizza sauce:

1/2 cup fresh cream 30%;
1 tablespoon butter;
2 cloves of garlic;
1/2 small white onion;
nutmeg to taste;
sea salt and wash the taste.

The top of the pizza:

3-4 slices of good quality prosciutto.

How to prepare a pizza with prosciutto?

Pizza sauce:

1. In a skillet heat the butter. Add the chopped garlic and a moment chopped finely diced onion. Cook until onion is glassy. This takes about 2-3 minutes.

2. Pour the cream to fried onions, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Boil the cream will be ready when it starts to bubble.

3. Remove from heat.

Pizza:

1. In a bowl put yeast, add the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes until the surface of the bubbles begin to appear.

2. Pour yogurt buckwheat flour, almond flour and salt.

3. Thoroughly knead the dough and let it stand for about an hour.

4. Preheat oven to. 200 degrees and put baking tray with baking paper.

5. On the baking paper dusted lightly with flour buckwheat, divide the dough into two parts and each of them roll out on baking paper.

6. The dough put in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until dough is golden.

7. After baking, the cake spread with white sauce, place them on the prosciutto and put back in the oven for about 5 minutes until the ham is lightly browned and will be slightly crispy.

8. Season the pizza freshly ground black pepper.
