Pizza stromboli recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

500g flour type 550;
20 g of fresh yeast;

How to prepare pizza stromboli?

Yeast and sugar dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water. Flour add the remaining ingredients, dissolved yeast and knead the dough.
