Pizza with eggplant recipe

Ingredients of pizza:

400 g spaghetti;
Salt and pepper;
1 eggplant;
1 red pepper;
1 yellow pepper;
1 onion;
1 clove of garlic;
2-3 tablespoons butter;
4 tablespoons flour;
300 ml of milk;
350 ml vegetable stock;
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese;
2 egg yolks;
8-10 grams of black olives;
5 grams of dried tomatoes.

How to prepare pizza?

Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Drain, drain. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Eggplant, salt, dry and season with salt again. Peppers and onions to clean (remove seeds and paprika) and wash. Peppers cut into thin strips, onions into rings.

Pizza sauce: Peel garlic, squeeze through crushed. Melt butter, add garlic and fry. Sprinkle with flour and fry. Pour a glass of milk and broth. Bring to the boil while stirring. Pour parmesan, again stirring, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Sauce connect with the rest of the milk mixed with egg yolks.

Spaghetti spread in a circular form. Pour ½ the sauce, wrap onion, pepper olives, eggplant and tomatoes. Pour the rest of the sauce, bake 40 minutes.
