Pizza with arugula

Arugula pizza recipe

Components:

Pizza dough:

wheat flour, 500 g;
yeast, 40 g;
warm water, 250 ml;
salt flat teaspoon;
sugar, half a teaspoon;
olive oil, 2 tablespoons.

The top of the pizza:

arugula, about 1 cup;
prosciutto, 4 slices;
mozzarella cheese, 1 cup;
fresh tomatoes, 3 pieces;
Parmesan;
salt pepper.

How to prepare pizza?

Yeast spread with sugar and warm water, mix with approx. 4 tablespoons of flour, cover and let stand for 15 minutes until grow. Flour with salt, pour the leaven yeast, mix and knead a fairly soft dough (if it is too hard, pour a little water), add olive oil, knead everything together again.

The dough during kneading should give the impression as if beginning to swell.

A ball of dough into two parts. With each stretch in the air on his hand a large disk with a diameter of approx. 40 cm, if you want to get thin crust pizza or a smaller diameter, if you'd like a thicker crust pizza.

Pancakes place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with olive oil. Lubricate your favorite tomato sauce with herbs and put stuffing ingredients. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for approx. half an hour.

Bake at 200 degrees approx. 20 minutes (the thinner and smaller the shorter bake pizza.
